OptimusPep, LLC (“OptimusPep”) gives you control over your personal information. Depending on where you live, you have the choices below. We honor these for all users regardless of your state.

Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing you need to do to opt out of a sale or share, because we do not do either. We also do not share your health or protocol data for advertising.

Global Privacy Control

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.

Access, correct, delete, and port your data

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or provide a portable copy of your personal information. You can delete your account and data at any time from within the app, or email support@optimuspep.com. We will respond as required by law, and you may appeal a decision by contacting us.

Limit the use of sensitive information

We use your sensitive information, such as health and protocol data, only to provide the features you request, never for advertising or unrelated purposes. You can withdraw consent or delete this data at any time in the app.

If you connected Apple Health, that access is granted by iOS rather than by us. You can review or revoke it at any time in Settings, under Privacy and Security, then Health, or by disconnecting in the app. Nothing read from Apple Health is ever used for advertising or sold.

Cookies

Our website sets one cookie, to remember the language you choose, and it sets it only if you choose one. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site, so there is nothing non-essential for you to turn off.
