Every calculator here performs the same operation on different starting numbers. You enter the vial strength you have, the volume of bacteriostatic water you added, and the amount you are measuring. It returns the concentration and the mark to draw to on your syringe. That is the whole of it. None of these pages decides an amount, suggests a schedule, or knows anything about you.

What the calculation actually is
Vial strength divided by the volume of bacteriostatic water gives a concentration. The amount you entered divided by that concentration gives a volume. That volume, converted to the markings on the syringe you selected, is the mark to draw to. Three divisions and a unit conversion, done on numbers you supplied.
Why there is a page per compound
Only the starting numbers differ. A compound sold in 5 mg vials and one sold in 10 mg vials need the same arithmetic and different prefills, and a page that starts from the vial in front of you is quicker than a blank form. If the compound you are measuring is not listed, the general calculator handles any vial.
What none of these pages will tell you
How much to take, how often, or whether to take anything at all. Those are not arithmetic and they are not ours to answer. They belong with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history. Many compounds in this space are research materials that are not approved for human use, and a calculator being able to compute a volume says nothing about whether that volume should ever be drawn.
