An orally active, non-peptide ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist that produces sustained elevation of growth hormone and IGF-1. Its long half-life supports once-daily oral use. It is also referred to as Ibutamoren, Nutrobal. It is listed here under Growth Hormone as educational reference, which is not a recommendation to use it.
