A featured listing is a flat, time-based advertising fee. It never varies with patient volume, and there is no per-patient, per-booking, or per-lead charge, in any tier, ever.
Labeled, never laundered
Featured placement is marked as exactly that. The directory never presents paid visibility as a merit ranking, and we never recommend a specific clinician to a patient.

The directory is built from the federal registry, and basic presence stays free for every licensed physician in it. The featured tier adds visibility, not existence.
